Naked in Death by J. D. Robb:It is not easy job but the most difficult and uphill task. The novel deals with the crimes and the criminals that are there to disrupt the peace and calm of the society. The suspense and thrill is kept till the last line of the novel and the readers would never lose their interest and concentration until the last line is reached and the climax is resolved. Naked in Death by J. D. Robb describes the skill of the forces to capture the criminal.

J. D. ROBB’S #1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING IN DEATH SERIES BEGINS WITH THE FIRST NOVEL. Technology has totally taken over the planet in the year 2058.

But one overpowering urge still commands the heart of New York City Detective : passion… Eve Dallas is an NYPD lieutenant on the lookout for a deadly killer. She’s seen it all in her 10 years on the force, and she knows her safety depends on her intuition. Naked in Death by J. D. Robb can be sited as the most thrilling novel.

And she’s defying every advice not to become involved with Roarke, an Irish billionaire who is a suspect in Eve’s murder inquiry. But love and seduction have their own set of laws, and it’s up to Eve to take a gamble in the arms of a guy she doesn’t know much about-except for his insatiable appetite. Eve Dallas, a Lieutenant in the NYPD’s (New York Police and Security Department) Homicide division, is tasked with tracking down the killer of Sharon Deb-lass, a licensed companion (a legal prostitute) and granddaughter of Conservative Party Senator Deb lass. Naked in Death by J. D. Robb is amazing novel.

More prostitutes are killed as she investigates Deb-lass’s murder, putting up a pattern involving antique (and illegal) weaponry and video discs of the crime being delivered to Lt. Dallas.

The Killer in the Snow by Alex Pine is very amazing novel.

Since Deb-lass had an evening appointment with him and Roarke is a collector of the type of antique weapon used in her murder (Smith & Wesson Model 10), all signs go to the affluent Roarke, but Eve rules him out as a suspect and initiates a passionate love affair with him. Eve constructs a psychiatric profile of the killer with the help of Dr. Charlotte Mira: someone who despises women and derives pleasure from the sexual power of using and killing them.

To Eve’s chagrin, Chief of Police Simpson tells Eve to lie in the press conference and claim that Deb-lass’ death was most likely an accident unrelated to any other homicides. She then acts on a hunch and enlists the help of Roarke to gain unauthorized access to Simpson’s finances, uncovering massive gifts from Deb-lass as well as undisclosed millions of dollars in overseas accounts.

She subsequently discloses this information to the press, thereby bypassing the Chief’s involvement. Eve discovers Sharon Deb-lass and her grandfather are having an affair. Sharon was blackmailing her grandfather, who was paying her not just to stay quiet about Sharon and her aunt’s childhood sexual abuse, but also to sleep with him.

The Christmas Killer Alex Pine is also worth reading novel.

Eve travels to Washington, D.C. with Roarke and arrests the senator for all three murders on the Senate floor, just as he is publicly speaking in favor of a “Morality Bill” that would abolish prostitution and legalize firearms once more.

She tells Roarke on the aircraft ride back that her father abused her as a child and that she has no recollection of anything until she was recovered at the age of eight in Dallas. Senator Deb-lass’s assistant, Rock-man, is then found in Eve’s apartment, plotting to make her the fourth victim.

Eve surreptitiously sends the discussion to the other detective on the case, Captain Ryan Feeney, as he reveals that the senator (who has now committed suicide) killed Sharon in a fit of rage and then permitted Rock-man to commit the other murders to lead investigators astray. Eve distracts Rock-man with a cat she stole from one of the victims, allowing Eve to fight back long enough for Roarke and the cops to arrive.

She is safe, and the murderer has been apprehended.
